Marbled Chocolate Peanut Butter
Marbled Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing Cupcake

Ingredients:
  • ¼1 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼1 cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp powder milk dissolved in 1 cup of water
  • ½1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup high quality powder chocolate
For peanut butter icing:
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Goody creamy peanut butter
For chocolate icing:
  • ½2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/3 1 tbsp powder chocolate
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp powder milk dissolved in 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Servings: 13 people

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to ˚180. Fill cupcake tray with paper cups. Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix butter on medium speed till softened. Add sugar, mix. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla.
  3. Add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 parts alternatively with milk in 2 parts. Sift chocolate, mix. Pour batter in cups, fill only ¾. Bake in oven for 20 – 25 minutes. For peanut butter icing, beat cheese and butters well.
  4. Add vanilla and enough icing sugar to get creamy spreadable icing. For chocolate icing, beat all ingredients together well. For assembly, fill decorating bag with half amount peanut butter icing and half amount chocolate icing.
  5. Decorate each cupcake top.
Cooking Tips:
  • Decorate cupcakes when cooled completely.
  • Serve with chocolate covered peanuts.
