Peanut Butter Spring Rolls

  • 1 pack Spring Roll Sheets
  • Goody Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Arabic Sweets Syrup
  • Some flour mixed with a little water
  • Frying oil
  • Pistachios for decoration
  • Chocolate sauce for serving

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8 people

How to Prepare:
  1. Spread spring roll sheet, add once spoon of peanut butter and spread evenly on to sheet. Roll the sheet into a finer-shaped roll and seal edges with flour mixture.
  2. In a pan, add oil and heat. Then fry the spring roll fingers till golden.
  3. Remove the rolls from oil and place in a dish filled with the syrup, let it sit to absorb the syrup. Strain the rolls from the syrup.
  4. Place the rolls in rows in a serving dish, add the chocolate sauce and pistachios and serve.
